The computerized multineedle quilting machines PikoMat are our answer for rapidly changing demand of contemporary textile market - requesting machines of europian quality in the lowest price.

From the very beginning the project PikoMat had been created as a solid, but economical alternative to extremely expensive quilting machines of europian brands - even to our reconditioned multineedle quilting machines or second-hand ones as well. 

By dint of moving our production to China we received in effect an europian computerized quilting machine meeting all the most important conditions as inter alia:

• - the price of brand new machine on the level of 20-25 years old, used quilting machines manufactured in Europe,

• - the durable europian construction warranting long-term stability and continuity of exploitation ( production ),

• - fulfillment of europian standards related to designing and usage of quilting machines ( CE certificate )

THE  BASIC  TECHNICAL  DETAILS:

Delivery  conditions:

The machines are manufactured on request - according to our Customers' need. This is because we accept as well the extraordinary orders - e.g. adjusting the machine's parameters to special kinds of production - or to limited height of the room / hall it will work - to make all needed modifications firmly by our experienced staff, before delivery.

The delivery time: about 3 months after ordering ( prepayment ), where 35-45 days we need to manufacture the machine, the rest takes the container sea transport. 

Payment conditions: 50% prepayment in advance, the balance before the machine leaves our manufactory ( after manufacturing, before shipment ).
